Bananas Rolled In Graham Crackers

This a great sweet dessert. I know we are using graham crackers here but it is only a dusting of it and there is no other artificial sugar. The coconut oil gives this an amazing taste.

Serves Four People

Ingredients

  • 4 pc Banana, extra ripe
  • 1 pc Egg, whisked
  • ½ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 8 pc Strawberries, quartered
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

1. Cut the banana into sections which are around 1 inch in size. Next, roll the banana in the whisked egg, followed by the graham crackers.

2. Heat the oil in a large sauté pan to medium high heat. Add the banana and cook until golden brown, around four minutes. Once cooked, dry the banana scallops on a paper towel, then top with the cinnamon. Place on a plate, then top with the cut strawberries, and serve with chocolate sauce if desired.
