BBQ Chicken Legs and Thighs

Ingredients (serves four people)

  • 8 pc Chicken Legs and/or Thighs
  • ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

1. Preheat an oven to 400 ⁰ F. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well. Place the chicken on a baking sheet, then place in the oven. Cook for ten to 12 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve with cole slaw and potato salad if desired.
