Ingredients
- 12 ounces Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 pc Garlic, finely minced
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Vegetable Broth
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Directions
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet and cook the red bell peppers, garlic and cayenne pepper over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in sour cream and broth. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat add the cheese.
4. Toss hot pasta with sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
