Ingredients (serves four people)
- 1.5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pc Chili Pepper, minced
- 2 pc Garlic, chopped
- 1 pound Shrimp, cleaned
- ½ cup White Wine
- 1 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Tarragon, chopped
1. In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil to medium high heat. Add the chili and garlic and cook for one minute. Next, add the shrimp and cook for three minutes. Add the wine, followed by the herbs. Cook until the shrimp is fully cooked, then serve immediately.
