Ingredients (serves four people)
- ¼ cup Flax Seed Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, light
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 pc Garlic, finely chopped
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a sealed container and shake well for one minute. Reserve in the refrigerator until needed. Serve with your favorite salad, with rice or a piece of steamed or grilled fish.
