Ingredients (serves four people)
- 3 Tablespoons Macadamia Nut Oil
- 1 cup Cantaloupe, chopped
- 1 cup Apple, chopped
- 1 cup Pineapple, chopped
- ½ cup Grapes, cut in half
- ½ cup Lychee Nuts
- ¼ cup Macadamia Nuts, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Mint, chopped finely
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well, then place in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve chilled.
