Ingredients
(serves four people)
- 1 pc Guava, sliced
- 8 cups Salad Greens
- 2 cups Watermelon
- 12 pc Asparagus, steamed
- 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 pc Shallot
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- ¼ cup Roasted Cashew Nuts
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, shallot and cashew. Mix well.
2. On serving plates, place the guava and asparagus. Top with the salad greens and serve immediately.
