Honey Roasted Sliced Turkey Breast

Ingredients (serves four people)

  • 1 breast Turkey
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

1. Preheat an oven to 325⁰F. While the oven is heating, combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Continue to mix for four to five minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.

2. Place the turkey in a baking pan and cook in the oven until fully cooked, around 30 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Once chilled thinly slice the meat then place in a sealed container. Use as a deli meat as desired.
