Kiwi Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 pc Lime, juiced and zested
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 6 pc Kiwi, cubed and peeled
  • 2 cups Strawberry, quartered
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in a refrigerator and chill for at least two hours. Serve with whipped cream or sorbet if desired.
