Ingredients
- 30 pc Kumquats
- 2 cups Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Water As Needed
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely minced
Directions
1. Cut the kumquats into quarters, then place in a medium sized cooking pot. Add the orange juice, honey and ginger, then top the mixture with water. Heat the mixture on medium high heat until is reaches a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium low. Cook for one hour, or until the kumquats are soft and tender. Remove from the stove and discard the liquid. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least four hours.
