Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 pc Shallot, chopped
- 2 pc Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 pounds Loganberries
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 pc Lime, Juice and Zested
Directions
1. In a medium sized cooking pot, heat the oil to medium high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for two minutes. Add the loganberries and cook for five minutes. Add the vinegar then reduce the heat to medium low.
2. Continue to cook for five minutes, then add the honey, Worcestershire sauce, chili flakes and lemon. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, then remove from the heat. Chill in the refrigerator and use as needed.
