Pickled Straw Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 cups Straw Mushrooms
2 pc Garlic, finely minced
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Black Pepper, ground
1 teaspoon Thyme

Directions

1. Cook the mushrooms in a large pot of water for three minutes. Remove from the water then place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients then mix well. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight. Enjoy this simple recipe with a salad or as a garnish for soup.
