Ingredients
- 2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 1 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Syrup
- 2 pc Garlic, finely minced
- ¼ cup Water
Directions
1. In a medium sized cooking pot, combine the pineapple juice, teriyaki, soy, lemon juice, pineapple, garlic and agave syrup. Heat over medium high heat until the liquid reaches a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cook for twenty minutes, then remove from the heat. Allow to cool until the sauce thickens, then serve with any grilled fish, chicken or meat.
