Ingredients
- 1 pc Pork Tenderlion
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 pc Plums, pitted and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Water
Directions
1. Place the plums in a small cooking pot along with the vinegar, honey and water. Heat over medium heat until the liquid simmers, then remove from the heat. Allow to cool for one hour.
2. Next, place the pork tenderloin in a bowl, then salt and pepper as desired. Pour the sauce on top of the pork, making sure to mix well. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. While the pork is marinating, heat a grill to medium high heat. Add the pork to the grill, and cook until well done. Serve with grilled vegetables and rice if desired.
