Ingredients
4 pc Chicken Breast, boneless
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Rosemary, chopped
1 pc Shallot, minced
Directions
1. Preheat an oven to 350⁰F (175⁰C)
2. Place the chicken in a glass baking pan, then cover with the remaining ingredients. Cover with aluminum foil, then place in the oven. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes, then remove the foil. Cook for an addition five minutes, then serve warm. Serve with steamed string beans and rice if desired. Used the pan drippings as a dipping sauce.
