Ingredients
- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Wild Rice
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 cup Morel Mushrooms
- 2 pc Scallion, sliced
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 pc Garlic, minced
- 1 pc Shallot, chopped
Directions
1. Combine the water and wild rice and cook until tender, around 30 to 40 minutes.
2. In a medium sized sauté pan, heat the olive oil to medium high heat. Add the morel mushrooms, and cook for five minutes. Add the garlic, shallot and scallion and continue to cook for two minutes. Next, add the cooked wild rice, followed by the sour cream. Remove from the heat and mix well. Serve warm.
