Salad of Shitake and Peas

Ingredients

1 pc Shallot, chopped
1 pc Garlic, minced
2 cups Petit Peas
1 cup Shitake Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 teaspoon Thyme

Directions

1. In a medium sized cooking pot, heat the olive oil to medium high heat. Add the garlic and shallot and cook for one minute. Add the shitake mushrooms and cook for four minutes. Next, add the thyme along with ½ cup of water. Add the peas and reduce the heat to low. Cover the cooking pot, then cook for ten minutes. Salt and pepper the salad then serve warm.
