Ingredients (serves four people)
- 1 pc Fennel Bulb
- 1 pc Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Tarragon
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 pound Smoked Salmon
1. Using a mandolin, slice the fennel thinly then place in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, tarragon and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place the smoked salmon on four plates, then top with the sea salt. Place the fennel salad on top, the serve the dish chilled.
