Ingredients (serves four people)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 pc Garlic, minced
- 1 pc Shallot, chopped
- ½ cup Carrot, diced
- 2 cups Swiss Chard, chopped
- ½ cup White Beans, cooked
- ¼ cup Chlorella
- 3 cups Vegetable Broth
Directions
1. In a medium sized cooking pot, heat the oil to medium high heat. Add the onion, shallot and carrot and cook for five minutes. Next, add the Swiss chard and broth and cook for two minutes. Add the beans, then cover the pot. Cook for ten minutes, then add the chlorella. Cook for an additional two minutes, then serve the soup warm.
