Ingredients
(serves six people)
- 1 cup Elderberries
- 2 pc Apple, chopped
- 1 pc Vanilla Bean
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, chopped
- 1 small Orange, juiced and zested
Directions
1. In a small cooking pot, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another ten minutes.
