Not Sure What Healthy Foods To Eat?Ingredients (serves 6 people)
- 12 pc Strawberries
- ½ cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Bee Pollen
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, orange juice, orange zest and bee pollen. Mix well then place in a pastry bag.
2. Next, remove the top of the strawberry and hollow out the center using a melon baller. Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the strawberry, then top with the strawberry top. Serve chilled.
