Ingredients
- 2 pc Trout fillets
- 1 pc Lime, juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pc Garlic, finely minced
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a bag and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. Once marinated, remove from the bag and grill the fish. Alternatively, you can bake the fish in an oven set to 350⁰F. Make sure to place the fish on a baking pan line with wax paper. Served with rice, steamed broccoli and lemon wedges if desired.
