Tomatoes stuffed with Oregano and Romano Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 pc Tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Romano Cheese
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 pc Garlic, finely minces
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

1. Preheat an oven to 400⁰F (200⁰C).

2. Slice the top off the tomatoes then remove the inner core. Mix the remaining ingredients, then add to the tomatoes. Place the tomato tops back on the fruit, then drizzle the top with a bit of olive oil.

3. Place the tomatoes in a baking pan, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
