Ingredients (serves four people)
- ½ cup Algae
- 3 Tablespoons Miso
- 6 cups Dashi
- 1 cup Tofu
- 1 pc Scallion, sliced
1. In a medium sized cooking pot, combine the miso, algae and dashi. Heat until warm, then add the tofu and scallions. Bring to a simmer for two minutes then serve warm.
