Ingredients (serves four people)
- 1 ½ pounds Turkey, ground, lean
- ¼ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 pc Shallot, finely minced
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, finely minced
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients then form the meat into burger patties.
2. Cook the turkey on a grill, or sauté them in a medium sized sauté pan with a bit of olive oil.
3. Serve the turkey burgers with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onion. Serve on a whole wheat bread or a whole wheat bun.
