Ingredients(serves four people)
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 pc Shallot, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Roasted Almonds
- 6 cups Watercress
- 2 cups Arugula
- 1 pc Avocado, diced
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 12 pc Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 cups Spinach
- Sea salt and Pepper to Taste
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Separate onto four plates and serve chilled.
