Ingredients (serves four people)
- ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 8 cups Asian Greens
1. In a small cooking pot, combine the vinegar, soy, honey, ginger and sesame oil. Heat over medium heat until the honey is completely dissolved. Once dissolved, pour the mixture over the greens (place in a bowl). Serve with rice and a grilled piece of fish or chicken if desired.
