Jicama Slaw with Lime and Cilantro

Ingredients

  • 2 pc Jicama, shredded
  • 1 pc Cucumber, sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • Sea salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the jicama, cucumber, cilantro, lime, olive oil, sesame seeds, sea salt and pepper. Mix well then allow to marinate in a refrigerator for one hour. Serve chilled.
