Ingredients
- 4 pc Nectarine, pitted and chopped
- ½ pc Red Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix the nectarines, onion, vinegar, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Allow to sit 5 minutes.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the nectarine mixture 10 minutes, until onion and nectarines are tender and lightly browned. Chill in the fridge before serving.
