Baby Spinach with Pomegranate Salad
Ingredients
- 8 cups Baby Spinach leaves
- 1 pc Shallot, chopped
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese
- ¼ cup Alfalfa Sprouts
- 12 pc Asparagus, cooked
- 1 pc Pomegranate, seeded
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
1. Place the spinach in a salad bowl. Top with red onion, walnuts, feta, and sprouts. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top, and drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. Serve immediately.
