Ingredients
- 1 cup Tangerine Segments
- 4 cups Watercress
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 pc Apple, peeled, cored, diced
- 1 pc Avocado, cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the tangerine segments, watercress, baby spinach, walnuts, blue cheese, apple and avocado. Add salt and pepper as desired, then mix well
2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice and mustard. Mix well. Combine both bowls, then gently mix. Place on a plate and serve cold.
