Ingredients
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 2 Tablespoons Skim Milk
- ¼ cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Almonds, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Chives
Directions
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
2. While the rice is cooking, place the milk in a small cooking pot along with the raisins, cinnamon and almonds. Cook over low heat for ten minutes, then remove from the heat. Once the rice is cooked, place in a large bowl. Mix with the cinnamon mixture, then add the chives. Serve warm.
