Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ cup Basil Leaves
- 2 pounds Shrimp
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Bamboo Skewers as Needed
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and chopped basil. Add the shrimp and mix well. Allow to marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.
2. Heat a grill to medium high heat. Skewer the shrimp, then place on the grill. Cook for five minutes, making sure to turn once, and continue to grill until the shrimp are fully cooked. Serve warm on top of salad greens.
