Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Carrots, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice, fresh
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Sage, chopped
Directions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan to medium high heat. Add the carrots and cook for two minutes. Add the sage, sea salt and pepper and cook for an additional minute. Next, add the orange juice and cover the pan. Lower the heat and cook for five minutes, or until the carrots are tender. Serve warm.
