Ginger Scented Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green Beans
  • 1 pc Lemon, Juiced and Zested
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Directions

1. In a large pot of water, cook the beans until tender. Once cooked, remove from the water and place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Allow to sit for five minutes, then serve warm.
