Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- ½ cup Wheat Berries
- ¼ cup Cranberries
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 teaspoon Cilantro
Directions
1. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a medium sized cooking pot, then add the wheat berries, cilantro, sea salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low, and cook covered for 15 minutes, or until the wheat berries are tender. Once cooked, add the cranberries, and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
