Ingredients
- 1 cup Bulgur
- 1 cup Water
- 1 pc Onion, chopped
- 2 pc Tomato, chopped
- 1 pc Cucumber, diced
- 1 pc Green Pepper, chopped
- 3 pc Scallions, sliced
- ½ cup Parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup Mint, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
Directions
1. Bring the water to a boil, and place the bulgur in a bowl. Pour the boiling water over the bulgur, then cover the mixing bowl. Allow to cook for 20 minutes. Once cooked, remove the plastics wrap and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well, then serve warm.
