Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pound Whole Wheat Pasta
  • ½ cup Peas, cooked
  • 2 pc Tomato, chopped
  • 1 pc Shallot, finely minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 pc Artichoke, cooked and chopped

Directions

1. Boil the pasta until tender. Once cooked, drain the pasta and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill the salad in the fridge for one hour, then serve.
