Ingredients (serves four people)
- 1.5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pc Jalapeno, minced
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 pc Garlic, chopped
- 1 pound Shrimp, cleaned
- ½ cup White Wine
- 1 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Thyme, chopped
Directions
1. In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil to medium high heat. Add the jalapeno and garlic and cook for one minute. Next, add the shrimp and cook for three minutes. Add the wine and lemon juice, followed by the herbs. Cook until the shrimp is fully cooked, then serve immediately.
