Wilted Mustard Greens with Ginger and Roasted Garlic

Ingredients (serves two people)

  • 4 cup Chinese Mustard Greens
  • 1 pc Garlic, minced
  • Sea salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1. In a large sauté pan, heat the oil to medium high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the mustard greens, then cook for two minutes. Add the ginger along with the sea salt and pepper. Cook for three minutes, then remove from the pan. Serve warm with basmati rice and your favorite grilled fish.
