Ingredients (serves four people)
- 1 pc Fennel Bulb
- 1 pc Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Tarragon
- Sea salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 pound Smoked Salmon
1. Using a mandolin, slice the fennel thinly then place in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, tarragon, sea salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place the smoked salmon on four plates, then top with the fennel salad. Serve chilled.
