Ingredients (serves four people)
- 8 cups Salad Greens
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Tomato, diced
- ½ cup Dulse
- ¼ cup Black Olives, Sliced
- ½ cup Corn
- 1 Tablespoon Miso
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice
1. Prepare the salad dressing in a small mixing bowl by combining the Miso, olive oil, Dijon, lemon and orange juice.
2. In another bowl, combine the salad green and vegetables. Add the salad dressing then mix well. Place the mixed salad on four plates and serve immediately.
