Ingredients (serves four people)
- ½ cup Wakame
- 3 Tablespoons Miso
- 6 cups Dashi
- 1 cup Tofu
- 1 pc Scallion, sliced
1. Prepare the wakame by placing it in a small bowl and letting stand for 15 minutes. Once tender, remove the water.
2. In a medium sized cooking pot, combine the miso and dashi. Heat until warm, then add the tofu, scallions and wakame. Bring to a simmer for one minute then serve warm.
