Ingredients (serves four people)
- ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 8 cups Asian Greens
- 1 cup Chickpeas, cooked
- 1 cup Vegetable Stock
Directions
1. In a small cooking pot, combine the vinegar, vegetable stock, chickpeas, soy, honey, ginger and sesame oil. Heat over medium heat for ten minutes, then add the Asian greens. Cook for an additional five minutes, then serve warm.
