Ingredients (serves four people)
- 1 cup Corn, cooked
- 1 cup Beans, cooked
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth paste forms. If needed, use a bit of water or vegetable broth to make the puree smoother.
