Green Beans with Roasted Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green Beans
  • 1 pc Lemon, Juiced and Zested
  • ¼ cup Macadamia Nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Directions

1. Place the macadamia nuts in a sauté pan and heat over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Allow the nuts to cook, then chop them into small pieces.

2. In a large pot of water, cook the beans until tender. Once cooked, remove from the water and place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Allow to sit for five minutes, then serve warm.
