Flax Seed Oil Vinaigrette

Ingredients (serves four people)

  • ¼ cup Flax Seed Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, light
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 pc Garlic, finely chopped

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a sealed container and shake well for one minute. Reserve in the refrigerator until needed. Serve with your favorite salad, with rice or a piece of steamed or grilled fish.
