Fruit Salad with Macadamia Nut Oil

Ingredients (serves four people)

  • 3 Tablespoons Macadamia Nut Oil
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1 cup Apple, chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple, chopped
  • ½ cup Grapes, cut in half
  • ½ cup Lychee Nuts
  • ¼ cup Macadamia Nuts, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Mint, chopped finely

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well, then place in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve chilled.
