Traditional Wakame and Miso Soup

Ingredients (serves four people)

  • ½ cup Algae
  • 3 Tablespoons Miso
  • 6 cups Dashi
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 1 pc Scallion, sliced

1. In a medium sized cooking pot, combine the miso, algae and dashi. Heat until warm, then add the tofu and scallions. Bring to a simmer for two minutes then serve warm.
