Soba Noodles with Fish Oil

Ingredients (serves four people)

  • ½ pound Japanese style Soba Noodles
  • ¼ cup Fish Oil
  • 2 pc Garlic, minced
  • ½ pound Shitake mushrooms
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Miso Paste
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Tablespoons Parsley, finely chopped

Directions

1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. While the noodles are cooking, heat ¼ of the fish oil in a medium sized cooking pot and add the garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, then add the mushrooms. Reduce the heat to low then add 2 Tablespoons of the cooking liquid along with the soy sauce and miso. Add the chopped parsley along with the remaining fish oil. Serve the noodles warm.
